Registration for the "Enefit EV Rally" has begun

Enefit EV Rally returns this autumn, bigger than ever - the only electric vehicle (EV) orientation event in the Baltics plans to welcome over 100 teams from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The rally brings together EV enthusiasts and offers a unique opportunity to discover lesser-known parts of Latvia’s nature and cities from a fresh perspective.

On September 20, the second Enefit EV Rally will take place - combining exciting driving, sustainable mobility, active leisure, team spirit and friendly competition. It’s a day when traffic gets quieter, but energy becomes more alive. “The quietest rally in history” is back!

Teams of 2—4 people will hit the road to complete clever and creative challenges within four hours, while exploring off-the-beaten-path locations in Riga, Saulkrasti, Zvejniekciems, Lēdurga, and beyond.

The event format invites participants to test not only their knowledge but also planning skills and strategic thinking - all of which will influence their final score.

The day will begin with breakfast and informal meetups at the SĀGA Shopping Centre, where the rally will officially kick off. Game tasks will be available from 12:00 to 16:00 - during this time, teams can freely navigate the rally area, complete challenges and collect points. No answers will be accepted after 16:00. In the afternoon, all teams will return to “SĀGA” to enjoy the closing event, featuring an awards ceremony, DJ set, prize draws, partner activations and relaxed conversations into the evening.

Meanwhile, throughout the day, the “SĀGA” shopping centre will feature the “Family in e-Motion” activity zone for visitors and families, including creative workshops, themed games and an Expo area. These activities are open to all shopping centre visitors and rally participants’ families.

“We believe that transport electrification is the key to energy independence from imported resources. It’s been nearly 15 years since the first EV was registered in Latvia, and in that time, the technology has rapidly evolved: EV ranges have grown, prices have become more accessible, and charging infrastructure now supports mobility across the entire country. The EV Rally is a great opportunity to challenge existing stereotypes about electric cars - rather than relying on assumptions, anyone can get behind the wheel and discover what this technology offers in everyday life and on longer journeys. “, says Mārtiņš Vancāns, Head of the energy company Enefit.

Registration is open via this link: https://www.evrallijs.eu or in the Mobilly app until September 18 at 23:59. Each ticket includes participation for one team (2 - 4 people). Space is limited and registration fees will increase closer to the event date.

The event is also supported by SĀGA shopping centre, Mobilly, EliteCar, media partners- TVNET, WhatCar, Uzladets.lv, StarFM, collaboration partners: AVIS, and the Latvian Electric Vehicle Association.
