Granting user rights to third parties
What is granting usage rights or authorizing other persons?
Enefit offers a convenient solution - the contract owner can transfer full usage rights to another person. To do this, simply enter the personal identity code of the individual you wish to authorize into our self-service portal. This will delegate them the rights to perform all the same actions in the portal as you can.
The authorized person will be able to perform the following actions on your behalf:
- View all contracts, prices, and their expiration dates;
- Modify the contract by selecting a different electricity tariff;
- Manage additional services (for example, adding or removing insurance);
- Conclude a new contract (for a new property/object);
- Pay bills;
- Update customer contact information (phone number and email address), as well as manage marketing preferences.
How Many Authorized Persons Can Be Appointed?
There is no limit to the number of users you can add in the Enefit self-service portal. To grant access, you only need to provide the person's first name, last name, and personal identity code.
